NFTs by nature lacks liquidity on its spot markets, this is due to small market caps and how they are traded. In order to avoid price manipulation and provide a fair mark price, we have researched over the past few months and worked out a mechanism to privde reliable pricing for NFTs.
Floor Price: the lowest price offer by sellers on opensea and blur.
Top Bid/Best Offer: The highest bid price on opensea and blur.
Most Recent Trade Price: recent 10 trade price within 15% of AverageSpotPrice
Mark Price = Average Price of Most Recent Trade Price.
